Fields v. The Board of Education of the City of Chicago, 17-3136

Affirmed. A school teacher who retired from the Chicago Public Schools could not proceed in a claim that the Board of Education discriminated against her on the basis of her race and age and retaliated against her for filing her lawsuit because she did not suffer an adverse employment action.
