United States Seventh Circuit
Palmer v. Franz, 18‐1384
Revived a prison inmate's claim that a registered nurse was deliberately indifferent to his serious medical need. The nurse allegedly refused to issue him a low-bunk permit, even though he was missing his left hand and could not safely climb down from a top bunk bed. Reversed summary judgment and remanded for further proceedings.
