Wanko v. Board of Trustees of Indiana University, 18‐2767
Held that a dentistry student may not proceed with her claim that the university discriminated against her based on race by having her retake her entire first‐year curriculum. Affirmed summary judgment in favor of the university in this lawsuit brought under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
