Coleman v. City of Peoria, Illinois, 18‐1742
Held that an innocent man wrongfully imprisoned for 19 years could not proceed with his claims that four police officers knowingly fabricated false evidence, withheld evidence and so forth. Affirmed summary judgment against his claims, finding a lack of evidentiary support for them.
