United States Seventh Circuit

Goudy v. Cummings, 17‐3665

Held that a man released from prison on a successful habeas corpus motion presented enough to go to trial on his allegation that the prosecution team denied him a fair trial by withholding material, exculpatory evidence. Reversed a summary judgment ruling in his civil rights lawsuit.
