United States Seventh Circuit

Culp v. Raoul, 17-2998

Rejected a constitutional challenge to Illinois's restrictions on concealed carry of firearms. The lawsuit was brought by out-of-state residents who contended that Illinois discriminates against them in a way that forecloses their receiving a concealed-carry license. Unpersuaded, the Seventh Circuit affirmed summary judgment against their claims.
