United States Seventh Circuit

US v. Phillips, 18-1372

Affirmed the revocation of the defendant's supervised release after he was caught with heroin. He argued that the traffic stop was improper. However, the Seventh Circuit held that the exclusionary rule does not apply to supervised-release revocation hearings.
