In re Calvert, 17-1895
Held that the sole owner of an electrical contracting company could discharge a debt in bankruptcy. The National Labor Relations Board had ordered him to provide backpay to employees he had terminated after their attempt to unionize the company. Affirmed that the debt was dischargeable in his Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding.
