US v. Hagen, 18‐1579

Held that, under the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines, a mother's state law convictions for allowing child truancy should not have counted toward her criminal history score when she later pleaded guilty to a federal drug-trafficking offense. Reversed and remanded for resentencing.
