Martinsville Corral, Inc. v. Society Insurance, 18-1945

Held that an insurance company was not required to defend two restaurants that were sued for allegedly displaying satellite television programming without paying the commercial rate. A business owners insurance policy did not provide coverage for this claim. Affirmed summary judgment for the insurer.
