Adams v. US, 16‐2177

Held that a federal prisoner's motion to reopen proceedings under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b) was an unauthorized successive motion for habeas relief. Affirmed that the district court had no jurisdiction to consider any of his claims further.
