Revived state and local wage claims brought by flight attendants who challenged an airline's compensation policy of paying for their work in the air but not on the ground. Held that the dormant Commerce Clause did not preclude their state and local wage claims. Reversed a dismissal on the pleadings, in relevant part, and remanded for further proceedings.
