United States Seventh Circuit

H.P. v. Naperville School District #203, 18‐2272

Held that a school district did not violate a student's rights by disallowing her from enrolling for her senior year in high school because she had moved outside the school district. She alleged that the school district failed to accommodate her disabilities by not permitting her to finish high school at the same school. Affirmed summary judgment against her claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act.
