United States Seventh Circuit

Vesuvius USA Corp. v. American Commercial Lines, LLC, 18-1881

Held that a company was time-barred from suing a shipping firm for breaching a river barge transport contract, because the contract required the parties to bring disputes within four months of an incident, and the company had waited two years. Affirmed dismissal of the lawsuit.
