Griffin v. Teamcare, 18‐2374
In an amended opinion, reinstated a physician's ERISA claims alleging that a patient's health plan had paid her less than the usual, reasonable, and customary rate for her services. Reversed the dismissal of her complaint, which she brought as the patient's assignee.
