Huber v. Anderson, 17-1302

Reinstated civil rights claims brought by a former state prisoner who alleged that his sentence on credit card fraud charges was unconstitutionally prolonged, in this case where he spent 25 years either on probation or in prison for violating the terms of his probation. Reversed a summary judgment decision.
