Riley v. City of Kokomo, Indiana, Housing Authority, 17-1701
Held that a terminated employee of a city housing authority who suffered from medical conditions that required leaves of absences did not survive summary judgment on her claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, and other statutes. Affirmed judgment in favor of the housing authority.
