Moore v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., 18-1564

Held that a homeowner failed to provide evidence of actual injury sufficient to survive summary judgment on his claims that a mortgage servicer violated the federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act by not responding adequately to his inquiries. His claims under a similar Wisconsin statute also failed.
