EEOC v. CVS Pharmacy, Inc., 17-1828

In an amended opinion, held that the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission did not have to pay the legal fees of an employer that it sued unsuccessfully for violating Title VII, because the EEOC's suit was not frivolous. Reversed the fee award.
