United States Seventh Circuit
Edwards v. Jolliff-Blake, 17‐1848
Held that probable cause supported a search warrant used to search a citizen's home for drugs and a suspected drug dealer that were not found. Affirmed summary judgment against the citizen's claim that his civil rights were violated because there was no probable cause and Chicago police officers' conduct in executing the warrant was unreasonable.
