Gallo v. Mayo Clinic Health System-Franciscan Medical Center, Inc., 17-1623

Held that a healthcare organization was not liable for giving a dermatologist a poor job reference. The reference, even if it was prohibited by her separation agreement, was not the reason she was passed over by a prospective employer. Affirmed summary judgment for the healthcare organization.
