Loja v. Main Street Acquisition Corp., 17‐2477
Reinstated a consumer's claim that a collection agency unlawfully attempted to collect credit card debt from a VISA account that he never opened. Reversed the dismissal of his lawsuit, rejecting the notion that he was not a qualifying consumer under the language of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
