Donley v. Stryker Sales Corp., 17‐1195
Revived an employee's claim that her former employer fired her in retaliation for filing an internal complaint against a sales manager who had sexually harassed another employee. Reversing summary judgment, held that a genuine issue of material fact existed on the employee's Title VII retaliation claim.
