United States Seventh Circuit

US v. McIntosh, 10-1936

District court's denial of defendant's motion to reconsider its order to serve a second imprisonment period for violating the terms of his supervised release on two separate occasion for his conviction for escaping from federal custody, is affirmed as, there is a preponderance of evidence to support the finding that defendant violated several conditions of his supervised release, and thus, the district court did not abuse its discretion in revoking defendant's supervised release.
