In a prosecution of defendant for bank robbery, district court's imposition of a statutory maximum sentence of 240 months, is affirmed where: 1) defendant's arguments that the district court erred in applying a two-level enhancement for a death threat based on the note he gave the bank teller and that the district court erred by enhancing his sentence twice for the same underlying conduct, are withut merit; and 2) were the case remanded for resentencing, the district court would impose the same sentence regardless of whether it found that the officer suffered serious bodily injury,
