In disciplinary proceeding of an attorney for fraudulently overcharging is clients, the attorney is ordered disbarred and his request to allow resignation from the bar is denied as the attorney has no reason, financial or otherwise, for wanting to resign from the bar of this court other than to avoid the sanction of another disbarment.
