In a prosecution of defendant for drug and firearm related offenses, district court's imposition of a sentence of 300 months' imprisonment and a term of five years of supervised release is reversed and remanded as the district court committed plain error during defendant's sentencing hearing as there is nothing in the record to support the district court's statements at the sentencing hearing regarding defendant's prior removal and reentry into the United States, and this plain error affected defendant's substantial rights.
