O'Connor-Spinner v. Astrue, 09-4083

District court's affirmance of the Social Security Administration's denial of claimant's 2004 application for Supplemental Security Income and Disability Insurance Benefits is reversed and remanded where: 1) the ALJ failed to direct the VE to the totality of the claimant's limitations, thus leaving unsupported the determination that someone with her limitations could perform work in the national economy; and 2) the ALJ did not address potentially important evidence that the claimant has difficulty taking instructions and responding appropriately to supervision.
