US v. Favara, 09-2589

In a prosecution of defendants for fraudulently acquiring and selling corporate securities, district court's sentences are affirmed where: 1) the district court's error in a defendant's offense level calculation was harmless; and 2) district court's imposition of a sentence of 70-months' imprisonment upon defendant and a 262-months' imprisonment upon the other defendant (organizer of the scheme), was not unreasonable.
