A Chinese citizen's petition for review challenging the validity of the BIA's denial of her motion to reconsider its order denying her application for asylum is granted and the denial vacated as the BIA overlooked critical facts such as Chinese officers using force to extract urine from the petitioner in enforcing China's one-child policy, jailing her until her family paid a fine equal to a third of her year's wages and feeding her tainted food in the jail, and the BIA unconvincingly denied having overlooked such facts.
