Raghunathan v. Holder, 08-2475

A Sri Lankan couple's (both ethnic Tamils) petition for review of the BIA's denial of a motion for reconsideration of an IJ's denial of petitioners' application for asylum and related relief is denied as petitioners have failed to show that the Board abused its discretion in denying their motion for reconsideration or that the Board erred in affirming the immigration judge's decision ordering their removal.
