In supplementary proceeding to enforce a judgment against defendant and related partnerships, district court's grant of a preliminary injunction barring defendant's wife from continuing to transfer certain assets is affirmed where: 1) district court had subject matter jurisdiction over the case; and 2) district court did not abuse its discretion when it entered the preliminary injunction.
