United States Seventh Circuit

US v. Billian, 09-3385

In a conviction of defendant for drug and firearm related crimes, district court's denial of a motion to suppress evidence, concluding that the affidavit established probable cause and the warrant was otherwise obtained in good faith is affirmed but remanded so the district judge can determine whether the error in converting the pounds to kilograms affected the exercise of discretion in sentencing.
