United States Seventh Circuit

Conviction of a defendant for knowing possession of a listed chemical, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe, that the chemical would be used to manufacture a controlled substance and a 151-month sentence is affirmed in part where defendant's assertions of Brady and Giglio violations are unsupported. However the matter is reversed and remanded in part for resentencing to recalculate the guidelines based on the weight of the pure drugs within the pseudoephedrine tablets and for imposition of an appropriate sentence.
