United States Seventh Circuit
US v. Curby, 09-2853
Conviction of defendant for distributing cocaine and sentence to 151 months in prison are affirmed as the district court's discussion showed that it had considered defendant's argument of his extensive criminal history and a psychologists' report, and provided a basis for rejecting it.
