Defendant's sentence of 87 months' imprisonment for wire fraud in connection to a scheme to defraud the United Airlines Employees' Credit Union is affirmed where: 1) the district court approached the sentencing hearing with an open mind; 2) defendant did not provide sufficient evidence of the government's breach of its duty of candor to require resentencing; and 3) the district court's sentencing procedure is sound, and the sentence is substantively reasonable.
