United States Seventh Circuit

US v. Risner, 09-2627

In a prosecution for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of an unregistered firearm, district court's denial of defendant's motion to suppress is affirmed as district court did not err in finding that defendant's then-girlfriend impliedly consented to the police entries into the home shared with the defendant.
