In plaintiff's breach of contract action against defendant-Bank involving loans through a revolving line of credit supported by a promissory note, dismissal of the complaint is affirmed where: 1) the note entitles defendant to demand payment from plaintiff at will; and 2) plaintiff has failed to establish the intent element of his fraud claim.
