US v. Vaughn, 08-4169

District court's conviction of defendant for drug related crimes is affirmed where: 1) evidence was sufficient to prove that defendant possessed a rifle in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime; and 2) defendant's admissions regarding the amount of drugs were sufficient to support the district court's relevant conduct findings.
