Convictions for kidnapping and gun possession are affirmed where: 1) evidence of defendant's prior kidnapping conviction and the testimony of an expert witness as to defendant's mental state were properly admitted; and 2) a jury instruction on the potential consequences of a guilty but insane verdict was not required.
