Plaintiff's motion to compel the payment of costs is granted and the defendants ordered to pay the costs previously ordered by the court where the original award of costs was a permissible exercise of the court's discretion, and there is no operative bill of costs in the district court which could be set off against those awarded to plaintiff in this appeal.
