United States Seventh Circuit

District court judgment rejecting plaintiff's motion to hold defendants in civil contempt for violating a portion of a consent decree is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err err in requiring plaintiff to demonstrate defendant's lack of reasonable diligence in executing the consent decree; 2) the court did not abuse its discretion by ruling that plaintiff had not produced clear and convincing evidence of defendant's non-compliance of the court order; and 3) the court did not err in its interpretation of the phrase "complete medical history" in the consent decree.
