United States Seventh Circuit
Gaiskov v. Holder, 08-2700
Petition for review of a decision holding that petitioner committed an aggravated felony under the Immigration and Nationality Act is denied where the Board of Immigration Appeals did not err in concluding that a conviction for sexual misconduct with a minor in violation of Indiana law constitutes sexual abuse of a minor under 8 U.S.C.sec. 1101(a)(43)(A), and defendant is thus removable as an aggravated felon.
