District court order enforcing a settlement agreement is affirmed where: 1) plaintiff bears the burden of providing the court with a record permitting meaningful review of his claim that he never actually agreed to a settlement, and there is no evidence to substantiate his denial; and 2) plaintiff failed to show that the magistrate judge coerced a settlement.
