In a dispute involving a collective bargaining agreement, National Labor Relations Board order is affirmed where: 1) the Board had the authority to hear the present dispute, and to issue orders regarding the unfair labor practices claim and plaintiff's withdrawal of recognition from the union; 2) the Board properly found that plaintiff violated National Labor Relations Act sec. 8(a)(1) and (5) by repudiating the collective bargaining agreement; and 3) the Board properly found that plaintiff wrongfully withdrew recognition from the labor union.
