Brooks v. City of Chicago, 08-3225

In a false arrest and due process action brought against the police, district court judgment is affirmed where: 1) the court properly dismissed plaintiff's false arrest claim as it was time barred; and 2) the court properly dismissed plaintiff's due process claim as the complaint was an improper attempt to recast his untimely unlawful arrest claim as a due process claim.
