Madden v. Rolls Royce Corp, 08-1923

In an employment discrimination action brought under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, district court judgment is affirmed where the refusal to give the plaintiff a permanent job and the later refusal to hire him were adverse actions that would have been taken in any event as plaintiff's performance was incompetent and he engaged in resume fraud.
