Levey v. Systems Div., Inc., 081137

In a bankruptcy action, district court judgment is affirmed where: 1) the court properly vacated the bankruptcy court's injunction against defendant; 2) defendant's alter ego claims were neither property of the estate nor related to the bankruptcy proceeding; and therefore 3) defendant's claims were not subject to the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. sec. 362 or to an injunction under Bankruptcy Code sec. 105.
