United States Seventh Circuit

Conviction for conspiracy to abstract, purloin, willfully misapply, or take and carry away with intent to steal money that belongs to a gaming establishment run by an Indian tribe is affirmed where: 1) the indictment against defendants was sufficient as it contained all the necessary elements; and 2) there was sufficient evidence to support the conviction.
