United States Seventh Circuit
In re Ingersoll, Inc., 08-1881
In a bankruptcy action involving an attorney's fee dispute, district court's order barring law firm's claim for additional fees under 11 U.S.C. sec. 105 is affirmed where: 1) the court did not err in affirming the bankruptcy court ruling when that court went beyond the scope of the remand order; and 2) the release in the bankruptcy plan barred plaintiff's breach of arbitration claim.
